In terms of Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, as framed by the Company under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated persons with effect from 1st January, 2021 till the expiry of 48 hours after the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine month ended 31st December, 2020 are published. The date of Board Meeting to consider the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine month ended 31st December, 2020 shall be intimate separately in due course.
