In terms of Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, as framed by the Company under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated persons with effect from 1st October, 2021 till the expiry of 48 hours after the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2021 are published. The date of Board Meeting to consider the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2021 shall be intimate separately in due course.
