The Trading Window for trading in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for Directors, Promoters, Designated Persons, Connected Persons and their immediate relatives from 01st January 2026 till expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31st December 2025.
