Wires & Cables company Finolex Cables announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Q4FY26 Standalone Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: Stood at Rs 1,951.08 crore in Q4FY26, registering a YoY growth of 22.36% from Rs 1,594.58 crore in Q4FY25, and a QoQ growth of 22.05% from Rs 1,598.62 crore in Q3FY26. Total Income: Reached Rs 1,983.76 crore in Q4FY26, up by 20.28% YoY from Rs 1,649.34 crore in Q4FY25, and up by 20.96% QoQ from Rs 1,639.99 crore in Q3FY26. Profit Before Tax: Reported at Rs 218.86 crore in Q4FY26, reflecting a YoY growth of 5.16% from Rs 208.13 crore in Q4FY25, and a QoQ increase of 22.42% from Rs 178.78 crore in Q3FY26. Net Profit After Tax: Recorded at Rs 161.19 crore in Q4FY26, an increase of 6.14% YoY from Rs 151.86 crore in Q4FY25, and up by 18.55% QoQ from Rs 135.97 crore in Q3FY26. FY26 Standalone Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: Reached Rs 6,321.01 crore in FY26, marking a 18.84% YoY growth from Rs 5,318.89 crore in FY25. Total Income: Stood at Rs 6,558.99 crore in FY26, growing by 17.83% YoY compared to Rs 5,566.55 crore in FY25. Profit Before Tax: Reported at Rs 806.93 crore in FY26, a YoY growth of 13.09% from Rs 713.55 crore in FY25. Net Profit After Tax: Recorded at Rs 622.87 crore in FY26, indicating a 14.41% YoY growth from Rs 544.40 crore in FY25. Consolidated Results: Total Income: Stood at Rs 1,983.76 crore in Q4FY26, an increase of 20.28% YoY from Rs 1,649.34 crore in Q4FY25, and an increase of 20.96% QoQ from Rs 1,639.99 crore in Q3FY26. For FY26, it stood at Rs 6,486.64 crore, up by 17.59% YoY from Rs 5,516.31 crore in FY25. Profit Before Tax: Recorded at Rs 303.38 crore in Q4FY26, showing a YoY growth of 16.03% from Rs 261.46 crore in Q4FY25, and a QoQ jump of 40.22% from Rs 216.39 crore in Q3FY26. For FY26, it was Rs 928.52 crore, a marginal YoY growth of 0.66% from Rs 922.45 crore in FY25. Net Profit After Tax: Reached Rs 224.43 crore in Q4FY26, registering a YoY increase of 17.07% from Rs 191.71 crore in Q4FY25, and a QoQ growth of 36.82% from Rs 164.03 crore in Q3FY26. For FY26, the net profit stood at Rs 713.72 crore, a YoY growth of 1.85% compared to Rs 700.77 crore in FY25. Business Highlights: Dividend: The Board recommended a dividend of 450% (i.e., Rs 9 per equity share of Rs 2/- each) for the financial year ended 31st March 2026. The overall dividend outgo would be Rs 137.7 crore. Pricing & Margins: During FY26, commodity prices continued to remain volatile, which led to several price revisions to pass on cost increases to end customers. This resulted in a situation where margins remained under pressure throughout the year. Product Volume Performance: For FY26, Electrical Wires volume growth was flat, while Cables grew by 21%. OFC volumes were higher by 5%, however, given the price erosion on fiber during most of the year, revenue at the segment level was slightly below the previous year's levels. New Products: Growth in new products was muted owing to unseasonal rains in the summer which affected the sale of fans, changes to BIS norms on electricity consumption, and continued price erosion on lighting products. The segment revenue was marginally higher at Rs 262 crore, a growth of 2%. Joint Venture: The EHV JV with Sumitomo Electric turned profitable in FY26, registering a revenue of Rs 452.8 crore and a profit before taxes of Rs 21.5 crore. With an improving order book, the JV is expected to improve on performance going forward. Capex: The first Phase Preform facility was completed and commissioned during the year. The expansion of the fiber draw capacity is ongoing and is expected to be completed by Q2 of the current fiscal. These additions are expected to add significantly to the Company's future revenues. Management Changes: Mr. Mahesh Viswanathan was elevated from Dy. CEO & CFO to Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company, and Mr. Sachin Naik was appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), both with effect from 1st June 2026. Segment-wise Performance: Electrical Cables: Revenue stood at Rs 1,696.36 crore in Q4FY26, up 21.95% YoY from Rs 1,391.01 crore in Q4FY25. For FY26, revenue was Rs 5,490.23 crore, a YoY growth of 22.03% from Rs 4,499.01 crore in FY25. Communication Cables: Revenue was recorded at Rs 162.35 crore in Q4FY26, up 32.11% YoY from Rs 122.89 crore in Q4FY25. For FY26, revenue stood at Rs 500.33 crore, marginally down by 1.45% YoY from Rs 507.67 crore in FY25. Copper Rods: Revenue was Rs 575.90 crore in Q4FY26, reflecting a 19.60% YoY growth from Rs 481.51 crore in Q4FY25. For FY26, it reached Rs 2,142.58 crore, growing 27.22% YoY from Rs 1,684.14 crore in FY25. Others: Revenue stood at Rs 72.47 crore in Q4FY26, up 11.29% YoY from Rs 65.12 crore in Q4FY25. For FY26, revenue was Rs 261.52 crore, growing 2.12% YoY from Rs 256.10 crore in FY25. Result PDF
