The tenure of Mr. Sanjay Sharma as Whole Time Director of the Company shall expire on 31st October, 2023 and tenure of second consecutive term of five years of Mr. Sunil Kumar as an Independent Director of the Company shall expire on 31st March, 2024. The Board of Directors in their meeting held on 08th August, 2023 and on recommendtaion of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, have considered and approved the appointment of Mr. Ankush Jindal as a Whole Time Director (to be designated as an Executive Director) and Mrs. Seema Sethi as an Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. 01st November, 2023 and 01st April, 2024 respectively
