The Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e. Wednesday, 08th November, 2023, have inter alia, approved the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30th, 2023 and payment of interim dividend of Rs. 1.5 (Rupees One and paise Five only) per equity share of the face value of Rs. 10 (Ten) each for the financial year 2023-24. The record date for the purpose of interim dividend is fixed as Tuesday 21st November, 2023.
