With reference to the captioned matter, we wish to inform that Mr. Peter Joseph Kennedy, Non-Executive Director of the Company (DIN: 06377043) and Ms. Geok Lan Tay, Non-Executive Director of the Company (DIN: 07727496) has resigned from their positions w.e.f. 15th October, 2019, as they are not in a position to devote time to the affairs of the Company. They also ceased to be a Member of various committees of the Company. Kindly take the same on record.
