In terms of provisions of SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives for the period from Tuesday. October 1 , 2024 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the company for the half year ended September 30, 2024.
