Further, with reference to the above captioned subject we would like to inform you that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and 'Code of Conduct for Internal Procedures and to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders' as adopted by the Company, the Trading Window shall remain closed from 01st February 2024 to 09th February 2024 (both days Inclusive).
