Approval of proposal of Voluntary Delisting of Equity Shares of the Company from The Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited ('CSE') only, in terms of Regulation 5 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2021 and subsequent amendments thereto, i.e., 'Delisting from some of the recognised Stock Exchanges'.
