Indian Railway Finance Corporation Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 15/10/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company, and other financial statements namely Cash Flow Statement for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2025 and Statement of Assets and Liabilities as on that date. The Board will also consider declaration of Interim Dividend to the shareholders of the Company for the financial year 2025-26.
