Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today, the Board has approved audited financial results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the year ended 31.03.2025 which were earlier approved and recommended by the Audit Committee of the Company at its meeting held today. Further, the Board has recommended a dividend of Rs. 13.75/- (275%) per equity share of the face value of Rs. 5/- each for the FY 2024-25, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.
