With reference to the captioned subject, we wish to inform you that the 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on Wednesday, November 25, 2020 at 10.00 a.m. through electronic means / video conferencing (VC), to transact the Business as set out in the Notice convening the 16th AGM, dated October 6, 2020. A copy of Notice of 16th AGM of the Company is attached with this letter. Further, pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from Thursday, November 19, 2020, to Wednesday, November 25, 2020 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of AGM. Intimation of book closure in prescribed format is also enclosed herewith.
