Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that National Stock Exchange of India Limited, vide their letter dated January 12, 2021, have informed that trading in Securities of the Euro Multivision Limited ('the Company') will be suspended w.e.f. February 12, 2021 due to non-compliance with Regulation 17 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 for two consecutive quarters i.e. June 30, 2020 and September 30, 2020.
