Business Highlights: Segment Performance: Defence: This remains the primary operating segment, generating revenue of Rs 6,212.75 lakh in Q1FY27 compared to Rs 24,654.40 lakh in Q4FY26 and Rs 8,152.65 lakh in Q1FY26. The segment results (before tax) reported a loss of Rs 1,496.85 lakh for the quarter. Aeronautics: Reported revenue of Rs 88.67 lakh in Q1FY27 as against Rs 1,296.00 lakh in Q4FY26 and Rs 97.28 lakh in Q1FY26. The segment results (before tax) reported a loss of Rs 26.38 lakh for the quarter. Utilization of Funds: As of June 30, 2026, the company has utilized Rs 13,464.36 lakh out of the total proceeds of Rs 13,466.89 lakh raised through Preferential Allotment. The funds were used for capex (Rs 2,400.00 lakh), repayment of existing borrowing (Rs 7,500.00 lakh), augmenting working capital (Rs 2,311.00 lakh), and general corporate functions (Rs 1,253.36 lakh). Executive Management Appointment: The Board approved the appointment of Mr. Ganesh Ramesh Nibe as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company with effect from August 14, 2026.
