Company has Proposed a Right Issue of upto 17,80,20,400 Equity shares of Face Value of Rs. 1/- each of the Company at an issue price of Rs. 2.75/- per Right Equity Shares to eligible shareholders of the Company in the ration of 1 (One) Right Equity Shares for every 3 (Three) Fully paid up Equity Shares held on Record Date.
