June 19, 2023. Further, the Board has appointed Ms. Deepali Sehgal Kulshrestha as Member of Stakeholders Grievance Committee w.e.f. June 19, 2023. we wish to confirm that Ms. Deepali Sehgal Kulshrestha has not been debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any SEBI Order or any other Authority.
