With reference to earlier disclosure on 25th February 2025 on the appointment of Secretarial Auditor of the Company, Pursuant to the Regulation 24A of SEBI (LODR) Regulation and clarification through FAQ issued by SEBI, the Board reconsider the appointment of Secretarial Auditor for a period of 5 Years.
