Approved the Standalone Audited Financial Results along with Auditors Report for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2020. 2. Recommended the final dividend of Rs. 0.125 (2.5%) per share for the financial year 2019-20, subject to the approval of Shareholders in the ensuing General Meeting.
