The proceedings of the AGM shall be deemed to be conducted at the Registered Office of the Company situated at Plot No.209, Sector No.1, Industrial Area, Pithampur, District, Dhar, (M.P.) 454775 which shall be the deemed Venue of the AGM. Pursuant to Reg 30 read with paragraph A of Part A of Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (LODR) Regulations, 2015, copy of Notice of 32nd AGM is enclosed herewith.
