Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, We are pleased to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today and on recommendation of Nomination and remuneration Committee has appointed Mr. Goutam Chakraborty (DIN: 06966463) and Mr. Ajay Kumar Deora (DIN: 09526857) as Additional Director (Non-Executive & Independent) on the Board of Directors of the Company w.e.f., Friday, 5th August, 2022 to hold office for a term of 5 (five) consecutive years upto 4th August, 2027, subject to the approval of the shareholders in the General Meeting to be held within 3 (three) months from the date of such appointment.
