BABA ARTS LTD.-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/08/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 we have to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of our Company will be held on Tuesday, the 13th August, 2024 at 1.30 p.m. at the Registered Office of the Company at B1 & B4, Baba House, M.V. Road, Andheri (East), Mumbai-400093 inter alia to transact the following business: 1. To consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter Ended 30th June, 2024. Further, as intimated earlier vide our communication dated 27th June, 2024 the Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company which was closed from 1st July,2024 in pursuance of Company's Insider Trading Policy shall remain closed till 15th August, 2024 (both days inclusive) i.e till 48 hours after declaration of financial results of the Company in the afore stated Board Meeting.
