Un-Audited Financial Results for the 2nd quarter and half year ended September 30, 2024 as reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee of the Company. 2. Appointment of Mr. Devi Prasad Rath as CFO and KMP of the company as recommended by NRC committee and approved by the Audit Committee and Board. 3. Appointment of M/s. B S S & Associates, Company Secretaries, as Secretarial Auditors for the FY 2024-2025.
