Pursuant to the SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company by all the designated person including their immediate relatives of the Company shall remain closed from 01st April, 2025 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended on 31st March, 2025.
