Pursuant to the SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015, trading window for dealing in securities of the Company by all the designated person including their immediate relatives of the Company shall remain closed from 1st January, 2025 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Statement of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2024.
