This is to inform you that the Board of Directors in their meeting held today i.e. September 09, 2024, subject to the approval of shareholders, accorded its consent to the following: 1. Sale of investment of 5,00,000 equity shares held by the Company in Capital Infraprojects Private Limited (CIPL) to Medanta Real Estate Private Limited for an aggregate sale consideration of Rs. 10,00,000/- 2. Sale of investment of 4,00,880 preference shares held by the company in CIPL to Medanta Real Estate Private Limited for an aggregate sale consideration of Rs. 40,00,000/-.
