The Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall be closed for all the designed persons of the Company w.e.f. Wednesday, January 01, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024.
