Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (''SEBI LODR''), the Board of Directors of Company at its meeting held on Friday, 14th November, 2025 considered and approved the unaudited Financial Results (both standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the quarter/half year ended September 30, 2025. Further, pursuant to provisions of Regulation 47 of SEBI LODR, the said unaudited financial results of the Company for quarter/half year ended September 30, 2025 have been published by the Company in Free Press Journal and Navshakti on 15th November, 2025.
