Unaudited consolidated and Standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 along with the limited review report issued by M/s Walker Chandiok & Co. LLP, Statutory Auditors of the Company; 2. The 30th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Friday, the 19th day of September, 2025 at 11:00 A.M. through Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). 3. Sub-division/split of the 1 (One) equity share having face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each, fully paid-up, into 5 (Five) equity shares, having face value of Rs. 2/- each (Rupees Two only) each subject to approval of shareholders. 4.
