Ashutosh Paper Mills Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 07/08/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve To take note of the effectiveness of the Order of the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal approving the reduction of share capital of the Company, consequent upon registration of the said Order by the Registrar of Companies. ? To fix the Record Date for determining the entitlement of the equity shareholders for giving effect to the reduction of share capital of the Company in accordance with the aforesaid NCLT Order. ? To authorize the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent and the officials of the Company to undertake the necessary corporate action with NSDL, CDSL, BSE Limited and other statutory authorities in connection with the implementation of the reduction of share capital.
