Dear Sir, With reference to the captioned subject, we would like to inform that as per Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, the Trading Window for dealing in securities /shares of the company shall remain closed with effect from 1st January, 2025 for all the Directors. The Trading window will be opened 48hrs after the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results of the company for the quarter and year ended 31st December, 2024. Kindly take note of the same.
