NOTICE FOR CLOSURE OF TRADING WINDOW We wish to inform you that the Trading Window shall be closed from 1ST JANUARY 2021 till 48 hours after the publication of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 31ST DECEMBER 2020 (both days inclusive) to the Directors, Senior Management and designated employees of the Company in terms of requirements of the Model Code of Conduct and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02,2019. We will intimate the date of Board meeting for approving the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 31ST DECEMBER 2020 as and when the same is finalised.
