Pursuant to (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading (Code), the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed from Thursday, 01st April, 2021 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Fourth quarter ended 31st March, 2021 for the Designated Persons as per the Code.
