With respect to above, we wish to inform that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company was held on Monday the 14th November, 2022, wherein the following matters have been discussed and approved: The Unaudited Financial Results and Financial Statements for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2022 were reviewed by the Audit Committee and the Board approved and took on record the same along with the Limited Review Report issued by the Auditors of the Company, in accordance with Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and IND AS promulgated.
