Submission of Unaudited Quarterly Financial Results for the quarter ended 31st December 2025.Kindly note that the BSE Listing Centre was not working during the 30 minutes window within which the Company was required to upload the quarterly results with the listing centre. In this regard, the Company got in touch with the BSE and as per their suggestion, the financials were submitted with the stock exchange by email to "corp.relations@bseindia.com" within the stipulated time of 30 minutes from the conclusion of Board meeting and ensured the compliance within the deadline of 30 minutes. Since the site is now functional, we are uploading the said financial results now but that will, obviously, be after the 30 minutes timeline.
