Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed w.e.f. January 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results for the 3rd quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2025, of FY26, both on standalone and consolidated basis.
