The aforesaid publication is in addition to the Individual Notices sent to Equity Shareholders of the Company, via post, inviting attention of concerned Shareholders who have not claimed their dividend for Seven or more consecutive years, to lodge their claim in respect of unclaimed dividends, failing which their shares would be transferred to Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority, as per section 124(6) of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the Investor Education & Protection Fund ('IEPF') Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016 as amended from time to time.
