The Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remains closed from Sunday, 1st October, 2023 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-Audited Financials Results of the Company for the 2nd Quarter ended 30th September, 2023. During the aforesaid closed Trading Window period, the Employees, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Designated Persons, and their immediate relatives or any other insider shall not trade in Company''s Shares/Securities.
