It is hereby informed that as per the Company''s Code of conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed from Tuesday, 1st October 2024 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter and half year.
