Considered and approved the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results along with Limited Review Report for the Quarter and Half Year ended on September 30, 2022 pursuant to regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. As required under Regulation 33 (3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a copy of the said Standalone Unaudited Financial Results along with Statement of Assets and Liabilities, Statement of Cash Flow and a copy of the 'Limited Review Report' on the said financial results as received from M/s Mehta Singhvi & Associates, Statutory Auditors of the Company are enclosed herewith.
