This is to inform you that in terms of Regulation 30 (read with Part A of Schedule III) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company in the Meeting held today, Tuesday, October 31, 2023 inter alia has: 1. Considered and approved the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results along with Limited Review Report for the Quarter and Half Year ended on September 30, 2023 pursuant to Regulation 33 of the said Regulations. A copy of the said Unaudited Financial Results along with Statement of Assets and Liabilities, Statement of Cash Flow and a copy of the Limited Review Report on the said Financial Results as received from the Statutory Auditors of the Company are enclosed herewith.
