In terms of Regulation of Securities and Exchange Board of India (PIT), 2015 (Insider Trading Code), the "Trading Window" for dealing in shares of the company would remain closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from 01st October, 2024 until 2 trading days after the public announcement of financial result of the company for the quarter ending on 30th September, 2024.
