Pursuant to BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02, 2019, NSE Circular No. NSE/CML/2019/11 dated April 02, 2019 and in accordance with the Internal Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trades of Chembond Chemicals Limited ("the Company") read with applicable provision of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company by Designated Person shall remain closed from 1st April, 2025 til 48 hours of the declaration of Standalone & Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2025 ("Financial Results").
