Pursuant to the provisions of Section 196 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the rules made thereunder (including any statutory modification(s) or re-enactment thereof for the time being in force) Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. 30th May, 2023 appoint Sri.Ashok Kumar Buddharaju as Chairman and Managing Director (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company for a period of Five (5) years commencing from May 30, 2023 to May 29, 2028, subject to the approval of Shareholders in forthcoming general meeting and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the SEBI Listing Regulations.
