To issue 400 Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) of USD 1,00,000 each towards the subscription amount of the FCCB as per the subscription agreement entered with the Lead Arranger - ARIES CAPITAL LIMITED for the purpose of listing and underwriting the issue of 400 FCCB of USD 1,00,000 each aggregating to USD 40,000,000, equivalent to INR 355.06 crores. The matter of issuing securities by way of preferential allotment is postponed.
