Cosco India Ltd-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/02/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. We have informed vide letter dated December 26, 2025, regarding trading window closure. It is now further informed that as per the Company''s Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information and Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the trading window for the dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed till the expiry of 48 hours from submitting the above referred Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges.
