Pursuant to the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of Fujiyama Power Systems Limited ("The Company") and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company has been closed for Designated persons, their immediate relatives, connected persons and insiders of the Company from Saturday 22, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results of the Company.
