In terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations), 2015, the trading window for trading in the securities of the Company will remain closed from April 01, 2025 till 48 hours after the financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on March 31, 2025 becomes generally available to the public.
