This is to inform you that pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 and 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today i.e., 12th August, 2025 have approved and took on record the un-audited financial results of the company, both on standalone and consolidated basis, for the quarter ended 30th June, 2025 along with Limited Review Report issued by the statutory auditors on the same.
