LLP, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration number: 006993N), Statutory Auditors of the Company have tendered their resignation vide their letters dated 29th July, 2022 informing their inability to continue as the Statutory Auditors of the Company with effect from the conclusion of forthcoming Annual General Meeting for the Financial Year 2021-22.
